My Story

About 7 years ago I was working for one of the most popular urban lifestyle magazines in the country. I was living what many would consider an ideal life. I had a good job in a high profile industry with great perks; VIP admission to industry events, luxury freebies, and rubbing elbows with celebrities and successful executives was the norm. Seemingly, I had it made except for one thing – I wasn’t content.

I always had a fundamental problem with the concept of a ‘9 to 5 job’ where you have to be there at the same time same place, Monday thru Friday – schmooze your boss, smile in the face of people that don’t like you, work your fingers to the bone for the same paycheck every 2 weeks with the hope of maybe getting a 5% raise (if your super lucky) at end of the year. So I decided to do what so many people did back in 2002 – I got into the real estate industry.

I always had a fascination with real estate but I really became motivated to jump in as I saw a lot of my friends making hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars in the industry. Given that, it was almost a no brainer to follow suit. It was perfect for what I was looking for – unlimited income potential, flexible schedule, and the autonomy to work when and if I wanted to. It was a beautiful thing! While it was good, believe me ..IT WAS GOOD! I made quite a nice living in the real estate business to the point where I purchased two homes, a new luxury car and did all of the shopping that I could possibly do.

Then of course the reality check happened. As we all know, the real estate and financial markets took a huge hit in late 2006 early 2007. People were no longer buying, lending was no longer going on and accordingly my money was no longer flowing!

I needed stability, so I did the thing that we are all trained to do – I started to look for a job. For a few months, I tried unsuccessfully to find something, anything that would offer me ’stable’ income.

Then I really started thinking. With companies laying people off at record numbers, more and more people competing for the same few number of jobs, and banks and savings and loans failing and liquidating people’s life savings and retirement accounts -forcing many formerly retired people to have to go back to work -

WHAT DO PEOPLE WHEN THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO GO WORK A JOB, BUT THERE ARE NO JOBS AVAILABLE?

What is scary is that a lot of people haven’t thought about this, but you cannot ignore the paradigm shift taking place in the economy.

The American worker is expendable to corporate America, so people need to get serious about figuring out financial alternatives that will replace a job, pension or social security.

I have found the answer and I have tapped into the Secret to how to build multiple streams of income online!
